Warranty and assistance are our strong points: thanks to a wide availability of spare parts in stock. Furthermore, thanks to various partners we offer assistance throughout the national territory.
All our products have a 2-year legal guarantee.
In case of problems or product defects we provide complete assistance, with all spare parts available in stock.
The Warranty covers all electrical and mechanical faults and manufacturing defects within 24 months (2 Years) from the date of purchase.
Battery(ies) Warranty Limitations
Batteries are subject to normal, albeit limited, reduction in charge capacity over time and have a warranty coverage of 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.
All our e-bikes have batteries from renowned manufacturers (Samsung, Bafang, Lg and others) that guarantee high quality standards, however a minimal loss of charging capacity over time and with the kilometres travelled is normal.
In our practical experience, this phenomenon of normal wear and tear almost exclusively concerns professional riders and delivery men, who, by travelling many thousands of kilometres a year, can stress the battery more, which is not the case for the common user.
Disclaimers of Warranty
Obviously, parts subject to normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty: tyres, brake pads, gaskets, grips, footrests, bodywork, decals and stickers, chain, etc.
